Cogeneration Protection and Controls Upgrade, SCADA, and Microgrid Implementation
- Designed and implemented new control systems to replace legacy cogeneration PLCs, including control cabinet design, relay upgrades, and comprehensive network architecture.
- Developed detailed design drawings: one-line diagrams, control panel layouts, BOMs, wiring diagrams, and interconnection schematics.
- Programmed, tested, and commissioned microgrid functions across multiple substations, including islanding mode, load shedding, generator remote synchronization, export control, and HMI interfaces.
- Enabled remote access and support for system monitoring and maintenance.
