Data Center Facility – Southern California

 

Transfer System Design with Dual Transformer Redundancy

  • Designed and implemented a transfer system featuring dual transformer redundancy between utility and emergency power generation sources.
     
  • Deployed Siemens Siprotec 5 protection relays with PLC logic capabilities, integrating IEC 61850 GOOSE and Modbus TCP for SCADA communication.
     
  • Delivered comprehensive network architecture, relay logic, and protection relay design.
     
  • Developed HMI interfaces for operator control and monitoring.
     
  • Programmed relays, RTAC controllers, and HMI systems to ensure seamless system operation.
     
  • Managed factory acceptance testing and on-site functional testing to validate system performance.
